You’ll be responsible for recruiting farmers who align with our high standards for sustainable and humane farming, ensuring a reliable and consistent supply of eggs. From initial outreach to onboarding, you’ll build strong relationships, assess candidate qualifications, and provide expert guidance throughout the process.
