What You’ll Do:
- Collaborative Support: Work with vertical integration, live production, and compliance teams to aid commercial layer growers and activities.
- Happy Egg Expertise: Master Happy Egg grower and farm standards, effectively communicating them to new and existing growers.
- Careful Compliance: Deeply understand Happy Egg farm standards, certifications, and grower guidelines to ensure hen welfare aligns with values and policies.

Finance & Reporting
- Lean In and support Month End Close responsibilities which may Include reviewing accruals or providing variance reporting
- Assist on variance reporting for the operations organization which may Include monthly, quarter to date, and Year to date variances to budget & forecast
- Identify opportunities on Happy Egg supplier cost models to explore reducing cost or to improve efficiencies in process.
